For a multinational company specializing in telecommunications.

Role based in Athens, Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company's operations, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance market position and achieve financial objectives.
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to maximize collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the management team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
• Present business updates and reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
• Civil Engineering academic background could be an asset.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of driving growth and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications landscape, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
