As Total Rewards People Experience Lead, you will play a key global role in shaping and continuously improving how reward and mobility services are delivered across Convatec. Operating within our Convatec Business Services (CBS) model, you will translate Total Rewards strategy into simple, scalable, and high‑quality services that support colleagues and leaders around the world.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in optimization, problem‑solving, and innovation, and who is passionate about improving colleague experience through smarter processes, strong partnership, and technology‑enabled solutions.
The role
At Convatec, we are evolving how Total Rewards services are delivered to create simpler, more consistent and people-focused experiences.
As Total Rewards People Experience Lead, you will lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Reward and Mobility services within our global business services environment.
This role sits at the intersection of Total Rewards and operational excellence. You will translate Reward strategy into practical end-to-end processes, ensuring services are accurate, efficient, well-governed and increasingly enabled by technology.
We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how a process really works, identifying where it can work better, and taking ownership from problem identification through implementation and sustained delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering high-quality Reward and Mobility services.
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, controls and clear accountability.
- Translate Total Rewards strategy into practical, scalable services, partnering closely with Reward COEs and regional stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes, using technology and data to improve efficiency and colleague experience.
- Use data and operational insights to identify root causes, make informed decisions and drive the right actions.
- Strengthen service governance, process controls and performance measures to ensure reliable delivery.
- Partner across People, Technology, Finance and other business services teams to improve cross-functional processes.
- Balance global consistency with local requirements across the countries and regions supported.
What we're looking for
We're open to different career paths. You may come from Total Rewards, HR Operations, People Services or Shared Services, but you should be able to demonstrate how you have personally owned and improved operational processes.
- Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or related People Operations, with a sound understanding of how these processes work operationally.
- Experience working within, partnering with, or delivering services through a Shared Services / GBS environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end processes, from understanding the problem and designing the solution through implementation, governance and ongoing improvement.
- Experience simplifying, automating or improving processes, with evidence of tangible outcomes.
- Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to interpret operational data, identify issues and determine appropriate actions.
- A strong focus on quality, accuracy and follow-through, taking issues through to resolution rather than simply handing them off.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across functions and countries.
- People leadership experience, with the ability to build capability and support a high-performing service team.
- Experience working across more than one country or region.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based HR platforms such as Workday or similar HR technology.
- Exposure to Reward processes across the UK, Asia-Pacific and/or Latin America.
- Experience with mobility or broader Reward administration.
- Additional languages.

Location & work setup
This role is open to multiple locations and will be aligned to local employment structures. It requires close collaboration across regions and time zones, with flexible working arrangements available depending on location. This role is based in Bogotá and will partner closely with global stakeholders to support enterprise-wide Total Rewards services.
