- Private practice model - be your own boss!
- Protected salary with bonus potential for the first 2 years
- 3rd year partnership track with ASC ownership buy-in potential, additional ancillary income, and restricted stock grant
- Good combination of general GI with wide open opportunities for advanced cases if interested (not required)
