Job Responsibilities:
Track portfolio company transactions (purchases, realizations, valuations, liquidity).
Save, categorize, and check the portfolio documentation for completeness.
Maintain static portfolio company detail (commitments, ownership percentage).
Monitor investment performance and calculate returns.
Additional analysis of financial data.
Maintain investment Key Performance Indicator (‘KPI’) data.
Additional assistance per client request.
Skills Required:
Approximately 0-2 years of accounting or administrative experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
Highly motivated team player with ability to multitask.
Exposure to Private Equity industry is a plus.
