Your Role and Responsibilities

This is an Expression of Interest for future Functional Internship opportunities with ABB. We are building a 2027/28 talent pool of students and emerging professionals who are interested in gaining practical experience across a range of business and corporate functions. Opportunities may become available within areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Supply Chain & Procurement, Sales, Business Administration, Legal, Project Support, and other business-focused functions across ABB.

As an intern at ABB, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to real projects that make a difference. Each day will be an opportunity to learn, grow and apply your skills in a supportive environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, support ABB’s operations, and build a strong foundation for your future career.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting internal teams in implementing solutions that enhance business processes and workflows.
• Assisting in data analysis, report preparation, and providing insights to support informed decision-making.
• Actively participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities.
• Seeking feedback and guidance from your manager and team to continuously improve your skills and performance.

 Qualifications for the Role

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, HR, supply chain or related fields.
• You are comfortable communicating in English.
• You are eager to learn and grow through diverse experiences and from different perspectives.
• You can collaborate effectively and communicate your progress clearly within a team.
