Position Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software.
• Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
• Work across the full stack throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS.
• Design and maintain automated front-end and API tests.
• Use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Review AI-generated code carefully for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews and follow Git-based development workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Lead team to complete project delivery with satisfaction.  
• Build good relationship with BU
• Drive squad team to achieve target goal in an Agile team.

Key Skills:

• Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, and GraphQL or gRPC.
• Good experience with ReactJS.
• Experience with backend test automation (UT, BDD), frontend AT tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium is plus.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, code review, and technical documentation.
• Strong experience with Git, including branching, merging, pull requests, code reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices and CI/CD practices.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to take ownership of technical solutions and mentor other developers.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with Kafka, MQ, or other event-driven systems is a plus.
