The Opportunity

This opportunity places you at the center of a rapidly scaling engineering organization tackling some of the most ambitious challenges in healthcare technology.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale the full technology ecosystem behind our platform — React front-ends, Node services, mobile apps, browser extensions, and high-performance AI systems — with state-of-the-art developer-focused AI tools that dramatically increase your velocity and technical reach.

This is a critical role for someone who can ship across the full stack, partner directly with clinicians and administrators to see firsthand how their work improves care, and take on ownership quickly as the team scales. You will work closely with product, design, AI/ML, and customer-facing teams to translate real clinician needs into high-impact solutions.

This is not a narrowly-scoped, single-stack engineering role. You should be comfortable moving across front-end, back-end, mobile, and AI-driven systems, leveraging modern AI developer tools to move fast, and operating with real autonomy in a fast-growing, high-velocity environment.

What You'll Own

• Ship across the stack. Architect, develop, and ship new features across our full technology ecosystem — React front-ends, Node services, mobile apps (iOS/Android), browser extensions, and AI-driven infrastructure — owning major components from design through deployment with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and user experience.

• Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate directly with product, design, AI/ML, and customer-facing teams to translate real clinician needs into high-impact solutions.

• Accelerate with AI. Leverage advanced developer-focused AI tools to speed up development, improve code quality, and strengthen system reliability.

• Drive innovation. Contribute to internal hackathons, rapid prototyping, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify technologies and opportunities that set the standard.

• Shape technical strategy. Lead technical decisions, contribute to architectural strategy, and help define engineering patterns as we grow the platform.

• Mentor and elevate the team. Mentor other engineers, raise the bar on best practices, and help build a strong, supportive engineering culture.

• Own end-to-end. Drive end-to-end ownership of key product areas and help build and scale new teams as the company grows.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong history of delivering production-grade systems from concept to launch.

• Proficiency in our core stack — TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB — with deep front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, Fetch/XHR) and expertise in browser extensions or similar browser-integrated technologies.

• Expertise designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, with strong familiarity across NoSQL data models.

• Sharp problem-solving skills with the ability to design clean, scalable architecture and anticipate technical challenges.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and product intuition — comfortable partnering with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), version control best practices, and modern DevOps workflows.

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive work with autonomy in a fast-growing, high-velocity environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI/ML pipelines, LLMs, model evaluation, or data processing workflows.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, GCP, Helm, Terraform, and distributed systems.

• Background developing mobile applications (iOS/Android) or integrating with cross-platform frameworks.

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, especially where engineers hold significant ownership.

• History of building projects independently — open source, side projects, research, or entrepreneurial work.

• Familiarity with healthcare, clinical documentation workflows, or regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2, NIST, ISO frameworks, etc.).

• Experience designing systems that balance usability, accuracy, and performance at scale.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 (based on experience) + equity

Actual compensation will depend on experience, scope, and overall alignment with the role. Equity participation is an important component of our compensation philosophy.
