Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within an agile environment, the role emphasizes delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software that enhances client services and supports evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with backend and frontend development technologies related to Python Frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns applicable to full stack development.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and agile development methodologies.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
