As a Full-stack Agentic AI Developer - Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making within our Data, Analytics & AI practice. You will utilize skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems
- Developing algorithms and machine learning models to optimize client operations and achieve strategic goals
- Applying Python programming language to enhance data analysis and software development processes
- Collaborating with team members and clients to gather information and analyze facts to discern patterns
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of tasks to consistently deliver quality work
- Building a personal brand by learning and applying professional and technical standards
- Engaging in client support activities to address regulatory risk and compliance challenges in financial services

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- At least one of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)

- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.

- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Build or contribute to front-end interfaces for AI agent assets using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent).

- Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.

- Demonstrating proficiency in Python for machine learning applications

- Utilizing data analysis software to derive actionable insights

- Engaging in algorithm development to enhance data processing

- Applying analytic research skills to support client projects

- Adapting to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment
