What’s in it for you:
As a Senior Fulfillment Reconciliation Specialist, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize and transform the fulfillment reconciliation process. You will drive automation, AI adoption, and system-led solutions to improve accuracy, scalability, and control. You’ll partner cross-functionally to resolve complex entitlement issues, lead end-to-end projects, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of fulfillment and reconciliation operations, reduce manual effort, and build scalable, data-driven processes while gaining exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Alteryx, and advanced automation tools.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

  • Act as the leader and driver of strategy (“the what”) for the channel fulfillment and reconciliation function, setting the vision for automation, AI, and operational excellence.
  • Own the transformation agenda across automation, AI, and efficiency initiatives, building a roadmap for scalable, system-led solutions that reduce manual effort.
  • Shift delivery models toward system-led execution, leveraging automation and AI to streamline workflows.
  • Continuously assess and improve channel delivery and the reconciliation processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control effectiveness.

Project & Execution Management (Core Strength Area)

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for channel delivery and reconciliation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and high-quality presentations to leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Drive team performance, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic goals.

Backlog Reduction & Operational Efficiency

  • Own and actively reduce existing reconciliation backlog through prioritization and scalable solutions.
  • Identify inefficiencies, implement automation, and introduce continuous improvement practices to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to automate exception handling, data validation, and reporting processes.

Transformation & Innovation (Core Strength Area)

  • Lead the adoption of AI, machine learning, and innovative tools to modernize reconciliation workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities across data validation, exception management, and reporting.
  • Champion new systems, tools, and ways of working that increase scalability, transparency, and control.

Technical & Systems Leadership

  • Leverage and guide the use of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Alteryx to support reconciliation, automation, and scalable reporting.
  • Translate business needs into system-based solutions, partnering with technical teams for implementation.
  • Monitor and reconcile channel partner entitlement data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy of conversions, renewals, rebills, and cancellations.
  • Perform validation testing on Sandbox environments for system changes before deployment.

Core Reconciliation, Controls & Compliance

  • Conduct regular fulfillment reconciliations for manual and channel partner platforms, ensuring data accuracy aligned with Salesforce billing.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, working closely with internal teams to rectify errors promptly.
  • Collaborate with Research Ops and other teams to complete reconciliation requests and ensure compliance with SOX standards.
  • Maintain documentation and records demonstrating SOX compliance and audit readiness.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on channel delivery processes and controls.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Apply deep business knowledge to decision-making, prioritization, and process design.
  • Work across teams to align transformation efforts, automation initiatives, and reconciliation priorities.
  • Influence stakeholders at multiple levels through effective communication, data-driven insights, and relationship management.
  • Effectively communicate reconciliation status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and cross-functional partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, reconciliation, order-to-cash, or related environments, with demonstrated leadership in process improvement and automation.
  • Proven experience leading strategic projects, transformation initiatives, backlog reduction, and automation efforts.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, concatenate, etc.), with hands-on experience in Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Alteryx.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system-based solutions and partner with technical teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written), with experience presenting to leadership.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with sales organizations is a plus.
  • Willing to work in EMEA and AMER shifts, and work overtime during month-end close.

Compliance & Legal

  • Adhere to SOX audit requirements and standards throughout the reconciliation process.
  • Maintain documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with SOX regulations.
