We are seeking a Fulfillment clerk to join our team! Fulfillment clerks are responsible for the specialized processing of the company's products. Activities may include inserting or de-inserting envelopes; printing detail sheets; collecting and validating materials; collating and assembling kits; and weighing, metering, and sorting envelopes. Special Handlers may use personal computers and a variety of software applications or vendor-provided equipment to track, process, and/or complete their work.

Responsibilities:

• Collate and assemble orders, inserts statements manually
• Follow all special handling instructions
• Prepare and sort mail correctly, domestic and international
• Operate manual and semi-automatic equipment as required (bindery, folding, etc.)
• QC completed jobs and follow all quality processes
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in production environment, preferred
• Associates degree preferred
• 1 year lead/supervisory experience in a production environment preferred

Skills/Competencies:

• Related work experience with strong time-management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to interact and effectively communicate with team members, internal and external, and liaisons
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Computer skills
• Proficient in the English language

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, push, pull and reach throughout duration of assigned 12-hour shifts
• Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge policies and procedures

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Salary rate is $18.00 -$19.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
