Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
At NCR Atleos, you’ll lead a team that keeps our global field operations running smoothly. As a Team Lead, you’ll coach, support, and elevate Service Planners while driving performance, quality, and customer experience.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken & written) is required.

At our Field Support Center in Belgrade, you’ll:

What you’ll do:
· Lead, coach, and motivate a team of planners
· Monitor KPIs and drive high performance
· Ensure quality, compliance, and excellent customer service
· Handle escalations and support daily operations in real time
· Train and develop team members
· Identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes
You’ll directly support a team responsible for:
· Managing service requests and planning field technicians
· Coordinating activities to meet customer SLAs
· Communicating with technicians and stakeholders globally
What we’re looking for:
· Experience in team leadership or customer service operations
· Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
· Problem-solver with a proactive, structured mindset
· Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Passion for teamwork, development, and continuous improvement
