A friendly greeting, a reassuring conversation, a smoothly scheduled appointment—you know these moments matter. At QualDerm Partners, we’re looking for a Front Office Receptionist who enjoys connecting with people and keeping a busy medical office organized.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll help create a positive experience from the first phone call through checkout. If you bring warmth, attention to detail, and a willingness to support your teammates, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming experience: Greet patients and visitors, answer calls, respond to questions, and help patients feel comfortable and informed.
• Keep appointments running smoothly: Schedule visits, prepare registration paperwork, document patient arrivals, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Get the details right: Maintain accurate patient records, update demographic information, verify insurance eligibility, and notify billing when prior authorization is needed.
• Support check-in and checkout: Collect copays and outstanding balances and accurately record payment information.
• Keep the front office ready: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and work closely with clinical and administrative teammates.
• Protect patient privacy: Handle personal, medical, and financial information with care and confidentiality.
• Help tell our clinic’s story: When assigned, assist with clinic-approved social media updates and community engagement while following patient privacy and organizational guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of medical office experience; dermatology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using computers, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records or practice management systems.
• Strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office.
• A dependable, professional approach and a commitment to thoughtful patient service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare office preferred.
