MATRIX is seeking an organized and detail-oriented people person for our Front Desk Coordinator.

Front Desk Coordinators serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, or customers. You would primarily be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties as a Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist. In addition, to provide administrative support and or ad hoc responsibilities, such as managing documentation, and assisting with administrative and coordination of activities. This role focuses on answering phones and being the first point of contact for all visitors with potential for growth for the right candidate. 

Hiring requirement would be for our office peak hours: Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 1:00/2:00 pm 

Requirements

• Strong Reception and Front Desk experience
• Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.
• Experience with Social Media networks (considered an asset)
• Strong organizational and document management skills an asset
• Excellent people and communication skills extraordinaire 
• Must reside in Oliver and or Osoyoos
