National Church Residences is seeking a dependable and professional Front Desk Clerk to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.
What You'll Do
Monitor lobby activity and guest check-in/check-out.
Maintain shift logs and report incidents or safety concerns.
Sort and distribute mail.
Process rental payments and submit maintenance requests.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
Follow safety, security, and front desk procedures.
What You'll Need
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle conflict professionally and follow procedures.
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
