What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Your Role:

• Greet and welcome guests promptly, providing engaging, sincere, and exceptional service.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper payment authorization, accurate guest information, and fulfillment of special requests.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, taking ownership of service recovery opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
• Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, special programs, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with reservations, room availability, and special accommodations.
• Process payments, post charges, issue refunds, and maintain the house bank in accordance with established cash-handling and security procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs, communicate pertinent information, and support hotel operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment.
• Uphold hotel service, appearance, communication, and operational standards while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Follow established hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Communicate guest concerns, operational updates, and other pertinent information to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
• Perform additional duties and assist other departments as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous front desk, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and engaging personality with a passion for exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with hotel property management systems preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
