Saputo Produits Laitiers Canada recherche un Fromager (temps plein, permanent) pour l’usine de St-Raymond (71, avenue St-Jacques, St-Raymond, Qc. G3L 3X9).
En tant que Fromager, tu seras affecté aux tâches reliées à la fabrication de fromage.
Salaire : 29,95$/h (+prime de nuit et prime de soir)
Nous offrons un poste permanent à temps plein. Horaire de nuit : 16h00 à 4h00. La rotation de travail se fait sur du 3-2-2-3 : 3 jours travaillés, 2 jours congés, 2 jours travaillés et 3 jours congés.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Fabriquer le fromage en respectant la recette, le protocole ainsi que l’horaire de fabrication;
- Être responsable du respect des règles d’hygiène et de salubrité;
- Effectuer les ajouts d’ingrédients en fonction des recettes prédéterminées;
- Effectuer la prise de PH, le test d’acidité, de gras;
- Effectuer le suivi du fromage produit et prendre les mesures correctives lorsque nécessaire;
- Calculer quantité nécessaire de lait et de crème dans les bassins;
- Contrôler les étapes de production : emprésurage, coupage, brassage, saumurage;
- Remplir les registres de production ainsi que les rapports conformément aux procédures;
- Effectuer les lavages et l’assainissement de l’équipement;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Expérience de plus de 8 ans en production dans l’industrie de la transformation laitière;
- Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent;
- Formation en sécurité alimentaire;
- Maitriser la langue française;
- Formation sur appareil FT1(Milko-Scan-Analyseur de lait)
- Formation fromagère
- Maitrise de la suite Office (Excel, Word) - niveau débutant intermédiaire
