As a French-speaking Senior Customer Service Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and order management support. Based at our Shared Service Center in Budapest, you will work alongside a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering world-class service and excellence in a diverse back-office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of order management process activities

• Open tickets in ticketing tool and place the installation order in SAP

• Assign and schedule Engineers to the field if required

• Drive status of installation orders to completion

• Maintain and develop excellent relationship with different departments

• Document and track all required information and daily data

• Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries and complaints that require further attention

• Provide expertise, guidance, and support to colleagues as necessary

• Build and maintain relationships with field service technicians, sales department, dispatching team, and additional accounts within the business unit

• Contribute to the assessment of processes and related improvement ideas

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a multicultural environment is preferred

• Equivalent experience or a Government Body award required

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Fluency in both written and verbal English is needed

• French language knowledge is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

• Strong communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving desired outcomes

• Attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace

• Process improvement mentality

• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

• Demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers

• Experience with SAP and C4S is preferred
