The Role

As a Freelance Telemedicine Doctor, you will help solve some of the biggest problems in healthcare access - the long waits, the expensive clinic visits for minor issues, and the barriers that keep people from getting basic care. You will provide quick, professional medical advice through our platform, helping patients get the support they need, when they need it, without visiting a hospital.

It is a flexible, remote opportunity for licensed doctors to provide quick, low-effort primary care for those common questions people already ask doctors informally but in a now structured, paid, and impactful way. This role is ideal as a side engagement, a flexible remote income stream, or a mission-driven volunteer opportunity with stipends.

What You Will Do

• Conduct remote medical consultations through our telemedicine platform
• Provide primary care advice to patients via chat or audio calls.
• Review patient symptoms and medical history to give clear, practical medical advice
• Recommend basic medications or refer patients to in-person care when needed
• Maintain accurate consultation records and follow platform protocols
• Help patients understand their health concerns in simple, clear language

Requirements

What You Will Bring

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree with valid license to practice medicine in Egypt
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary issues
• At least, 1-3 years of medical experience (early-career doctors encouraged)
• Strong communication skills for virtual interaction with patients
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic
• Smartphone and reliable internet
• Respectful, compassionate, patient-centred attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience in general practice or primary care
• Previous telemedicine or digital health experience
• Comfort using mobile apps and technology
• Curiosity about digital healthcare and innovation
