À propos de ce poste Founding Growth Lead chez talentpluto
Location: San Francisco, CA
Work Model: In-office (5 days per week)
Industry: AI inference infrastructure
Compensation: Competitive salary
About the Company
Our partner is an AI inference company delivering the fastest inference on open models, serving enterprise and serverless customers on its own GPUs. The team is small, around seven people, already at roughly $10M ARR with large, compute-bound enterprise deals.
The Opportunity
Our partner is hiring its first marketing hire to build the growth function from scratch. There is no pre-built strategy, process, or set of assets: you will define them. The core of the job is translating engineering results, from models and inference to latency, throughput, and GPU infrastructure, into market-facing content and launches.
You will move between strategy, creative work, project management, and execution, working directly with founders, engineers, customers, and external partners in person with a small team in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Build the marketing and growth function from the ground up
- Translate technical and engineering results into compelling market-facing content
- Plan and run product launches and announcements
- Drive founder-led social, technical content, and community efforts
- Plan and execute events and support media relations
- Use data to measure marketing effectiveness and sharpen decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing, growth, communications, content, community, or a similarly broad role
- Experience in an early-stage environment with no pre-built strategy, process, or assets
- Exceptional writing, with a portfolio of work you personally created
- Strong taste and judgment on messaging, content, and creative quality
- Proactive and organized, comfortable working directly with founders, engineers, and customers
- Willing to work in person in San Francisco
- Bonus: AI infrastructure or developer-tools experience, design, video, or marketing automation skills, and curiosity about models and GPU infrastructure
