We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about flight control products, enjoys working with a team of talented developers, and who is eager to take on big challenges. Rockwell Collins is proud to be providing flight control products to major commercial aircraft programs.  As part of this team, you will be exposed to a broad spectrum of flight control programs and technologies, and have the ability to significantly contribute to our award winning products.

What You Will Do:

• You will work with exceptional, experienced hardware engineers in the design, verification and support of flight control products.

• You will participate in the creation and review of new product design and associated documentation for new programs.

• You will perform troubleshooting of electronic circuit boards, sub-assemblies and modules.

• You will provide factory support in troubleshooting production problems.

What You Will Learn:

• You will work with an experienced hardware design team to learn best practices and engineering processes for implementing world class flight control solutions

• You will learn to work with a variety flight control products that provide solutions for business jets up to large commercial aircraft.

• You will get to learn how to troubleshoot and solve issues in complex hardware systems.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.

• Experience with analog and/or high speed digital circuits.

• Experience with standard test equipment including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, together with experience in troubleshooting analog and digital circuitry.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
