À propos de ce poste Fleet Performance Engineer chez Dexory
At Dexory, we're developing advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots that are transforming the very face of global logistics. With infectious enthusiasm, our unique blend of disciplines work in harmony to produce results at pace. From hardware and manufacturing to software, AI and commercial, we're one team – one heart – that beats, learns and grows together.
We're only interested in the best ideas, no matter where they're from. We're doers. Game-changers.
Out-of-the-box thinkers who put merit before all else. A group of ambitious and disciplined individuals who are passionate about turning theory into rubber, metal and results.
Purpose. Turn fleet data into fixes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards, metrics and alerts for robot and fleet health.
- Analyse incident and telemetry data to find recurring failures and leading indicators.
- Investigate degradation signals and turn them into alerts or engineering tickets.
- Audit fleet configuration, detect drift, drive it back to baseline, and simplify the configuration so drift is harder to create in the first place.
- Track component-level health and feed preventive maintenance intervals and the monthly fleet health report.
- Produce clear evidence packs for engineering and hardware decisions: what is failing, how often, where, and what it costs.
- Feed findings into playbooks so Robot Support can act on them.
- Work with Robot Support and Commissioning to close the loop between what fails in the field and what we check before robots ship.
You'll need
- A few years of engineering experience in a data-heavy, operational or reliability role.
- Data skills: Python, time-series analysis, and building dashboards people actually use.
- Linux and log analysis, and enough ROS to interpret what a robot was doing when it failed — or the clear appetite to learn it quickly.
- Curiosity and persistence — most of the value is in noticing what nobody reported.
- Clear written communication; findings nobody can read do not get fixed.
Measured on. Issues detected before customer impact, repeat incidents eliminated, alert quality, and config compliance.
