🎧 What’s the Daily Vibe? (The Job Breakdown)
You won’t just be reading scripts—you’ll be a digital problem-solver helping customers across Europe run their smart homes smoothly.
The support is split into two super dynamic tracks:
1. Frontline Customer Care & Technical Support
- Be the Hero: Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers who need a hand with their premium gear—from setting up a high-tech washing machine to programming a smart steam oven.
- Play Tech Detective: Walk customers through basic troubleshooting, help them track down rare spare parts, or locate hidden serial numbers.
- Coordinate the Pros: When a problem needs a physical fix, you’ll coordinate directly with field engineers to send a technician on-site.
- Level Up Fast: You’ll get cross-skilled across both customer care and technical support within your first month, keeping your days varied and engaging!
2. Miele Assistance — The Premium Tech Tier
- Video Call Diagnostics: Use cutting-edge remote software and live video assistance to diagnose complex appliance glitches right from your desk.
- Interactive Fixes: Guide customers step-by-step through interactive phone or video walk-throughs so they can fix their issue on the spot without waiting for a repair visit.

You don't need a degree in mechanical engineering or 10 years of experience. If you love tech, like helping people, and have a great attitude, we’ll teach you everything else!
- Language Skills: Native or fluent Dutch (C1 level minimum) + solid working English (B2 level) for training and team comms.
- Tech Comfort: Good general PC skills, a knack for navigating multiple tools, and basic mechanical/technical curiosity (e.g., knowing how a washer hose attaches or being handy with settings menus).
