As a Firmware Engineering - Connected Physical Products and IOT - Senior Associate, you will specialize in enhancing product development and manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze product lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to accelerate market entry, reduce costs, and improve quality. Within our Operations practice, you will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. Your role involves anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions, while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
