- Lead and support business development activities, including identifying client needs, shaping propositions, developing proposals and supporting client pitches
- Maintain strong commercial, quality and risk management discipline across engagements and business development activity
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of developments across Financial Services and Operational Excellence, including evolving operating models, productivity and cost pressures, managed services, AI and automation
This role is for you if:

- Experience leading client engagements or transformation initiatives, with responsibility for delivery, senior stakeholder engagement and team leadership
- Strong expertise and delivery experience in one or more areas of Operational Excellence, such as Operational Transformation, Operations Strategy, Productivity and Cost Optimisation, Operating Model Design, Managed Services or process transformation, with experience translating strategy into practical and sustainable operational change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems and translate analysis into practical recommendations
- Strong client relationship and business development experience, including engaging senior stakeholders, shaping solutions and leading proposal development
- Strong commercial and engagement leadership capability, including managing teams, resourcing, delivery risk and engagement economics
