The Opportunity

As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - Asset Back Diligence - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver comprehensive consulting services that enhance decision-making and help clients achieve their financial goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and managing complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, using your skills to navigate ambiguity and deliver quality work. Your role involves anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs and developing financial solutions that are tailored to specific business requirements. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and grow your personal brand within the finance consulting landscape.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions that optimize performance and decision-making
- Navigating complex financial situations to provide strategic guidance and support to clients
- Utilizing analytical thinking and financial modeling to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Collaborating with teams to uphold professional and technical standards in financial reporting and compliance
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to advise on market strategies and portfolio optimization
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality financial management services
- Applying AI fluency and digital tooling to enhance financial analysis and strategy development
- Embracing change and learning agility to adapt to evolving business contexts and client requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving financial regulations
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends for strategic insights
- Collaborating effectively in client-focused finance consulting environments
- Applying AI fluency to enhance financial decision-making processes

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
