Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team based in Oak Brook, IL. The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making by preparing analyses, forecasts, and management reporting. This role evaluates financial and operational performance, identifies trends, risks, and opportunities, and translates data into actionable insights for Finance and cross-functional partners. The position also helps maintain data integrity, improve financial processes, and support effective budgeting and planning across the organization.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and dashboards to support business performance reviews and decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes through data collection, financial modeling, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to Finance and business partners.
• Develop and maintain financial models, cost analyses, and business cases that may support investments, pricing, product, operational, and other business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, validate assumptions, and provide timely, accurate financial information.
• Maintain financial data, reporting structures, and supporting documentation to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and reports.
• Assist with month-end and periodic reporting activities, including performance tracking and reconciliation of financial information.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve reporting, data collection, controls, and financial processes.

Important Details:

• This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid position located at our Oak Brook, IL office.
• The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $64,000.00 - 96,000.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required.
• 1-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with financial, reporting, or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and develop sound conclusions.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships across functions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to learn the business and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
