Finance Executive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage month-end close activities, financial reporting, book closure, and support internal/external audits while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Drive FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly management reports.
• Perform cash flow planning and analysis, monitor working capital, and provide financial support for plant controlling activities.
• Prepare and consolidate global reporting packs and Management Business Review (MBR) presentations for leadership reviews.
• Conduct product profitability analysis and provide actionable insights to improve margins, cost efficiencies, and business performance.
• Monitor and optimize Net Working Capital (NWC), including inventory, receivables, and payables, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Your Background

• Exp – 6+ years and qualification (CA or CA inter or MBA – finance)
• Exp in Month End Activities, Month-end reporting, Book Closure and Audit Support.
• Worked on Cash flow and FP&A activities (Relating to plant controlling)
• Exp with global reporting, Budgeting, forecasting, MBR preparations.
• Worked on product profitability analysis and NWC (Networking capital)
