Join Wilmington Advisors @M&T serving the Hudson Valley market. We're seeking an experienced Financial Advisor with a strong track record of building trusted client relationships, growing a book of business, and delivering personalized wealth management solutions to affluent individuals, families, and business owners throughout the region.
What You’ll Do:
Expand and cultivate client relationships through referrals, centers of influence, and strategic partnerships
Deliver customized investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions
Lead portfolio reviews and provide proactive financial guidance aligned with clients' goals
Partner closely with Retail, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth teams to identify and serve client needs
Grow your practice within a highly collaborative and referral-rich environment
Experience Required:
Combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience
FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses
Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $75,900.00 - $126,500.00 (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
