 With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

[About the role]

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence by monitoring business performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing financial and operational data, and ensuring visibility across multiple PODs or teams. The individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide performance insights, support forecasting and budgeting activities, identify operational improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment across ongoing projects and business initiatives.

1) Monthly closure of books in SAP and preparation of HQ reporting schedules

2) Approving Invoices and employee reimbursements.

3) Managing Accounts Payables - Document management, Invoice processing, vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments, and handling reconciliations.

4) Ensure all vendor / employee payables / Statutory payments are processed timely.

5)Coordinating with partners for various Direct & Indirect Tax filings – GST Returns, TDS returns, Income Tax Return, TP Forms etc. This includes preparation of required data and solving additional queries.

6) Support preparation of annual budget plan for the Company.

7) Responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance management

8) Monitor and evaluate actual financial results against budgeted targets, identify variances, and communicate findings to management, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.

9) Handling Annual Statutory & Tax Audits from inception till closure.

10) Managing Treasury function. Bank correspondence and relationship management.

11) Any ad-hoc business requirements with Local/ HQ Teams as and when required.
