The Position

Finance Business Partner

• Lead Business Planning Processes: Direct and execute key local affiliate planning cycles, including the strategic business plan, annual budget, and monthly financial outlooks.
• Drive Strategic Financial Modeling: Deliver comprehensive analytics, innovative insights, resource allocation models, and financial tools for the full affiliate P&L and balance sheet.
• Enable Executive Decision-Making: Provide structured, high-level analysis of planning assumptions and performance targets to guide executive leadership decisions.
• Partner with Commercial Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to provide financial analysis, consultation, and total financial transparency.
• Optimize Resource Allocation: Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and evaluate the financial implications of proposed strategic business activities.
• Deliver Commercial Insights: Generate actionable financial insights and scenario modeling to empower teams to reach strategic goals and maximize ROI.
• Champion Process Improvements: Identify, design, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to simplify financial operations and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Execute Strategic Ad-Hoc Projects: Lead special financial projects and ad-hoc strategic assignments to support broader affiliate and enterprise objectives.

• Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance or Accounting; a major in marketing, business, or science is a plus.
• Experienced Finance Senior: You bring 5–7 years of progressive experience in a senior Finance role, preferably within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
• Demonstrated Functional Leader: You possess initial leadership experience gained from either direct line management or non-hierarchical functional leadership roles.
• FP&A & Financial Expert: You demonstrate solid expertise in management accounting, financial accounting, corporate finance, scenario planning, and advanced financial modeling tools.
• Strategic Stakeholder Partner: You bring proven experience partnering across global and local matrix organizations with solid stakeholder management skills.
• Influential Communicator: You exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities, with the ability to translate complex financial data into business terms.
• Entrepreneurial Thinker: You possess a commercial, customer-centric mindset combined with strategic vision, analytical rigor, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
