The PSO (Product Service Operations) COE Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting regional financial planning and analysis for recurring revenue streams. This position is responsible for managing reporting processes, conducting in-depth analysis, and collaborating across functions to ensure accurate forecasting and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Services Revenue Analysis:

• Manage regional financial reporting and analysis for actuals, forecasts, and planning of recurring revenue.
• Own reporting and forecasting of Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Perform trend analysis and comparative reviews at the customer and product level

Controllership & Accounting:

• Review general ledger and billing data by customer across the region.
• Collaborate with the controllership team on accruals, adjustments, and revenue bookings.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis of billings and revenue by customer.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Support Sales Operations in contract renewals and billing data validation.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to update entitlements and improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor the services sales funnel and track changes impacting revenue.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or graduated) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics or financial analysis.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in data and information management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to identify anomalies and provide actionable insights.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
