Sales Operations Manager

• Review and validate commercial deals to ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, and contract policies
• Manage the deal review queue; triage incoming requests, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with relevant SMEs
• Validate quotes in CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ or equivalent) ensuring accuracy before progression
• Maintain deal desk knowledge base including approval matrices, pricing guides, and exception logs
• Join internal/external meetings with clients and stakeholders; ensure Service Levels and client requirements are met
• Handle queries for sales support on quote creation, pricing structures and policies
• Structure and validate complex commercial deals; partner with Sales, Revenue, and Legal to facilitate quote approvals within SLA windows
• Handle escalations from different deal desk functions with minimal supervision
• Support month-end and quarter-end deal surge; ensure deals are closed, booked, and documented on time

 

Order to Cash Operations Manager, Sr. Manager, and Associate Director

Overall Purpose:

The person will be responsible for overseeing teams of Processors and Analysts under Order management/Billing and Accounts Receivable/Collections. He/ she has performance oversight for their team and ensures that productivity and quality metrics are met and reported. He/ she also oversees complex.

Responsibilities:

Production Supervision and Support

• Coordinates individual and team work assignments
• Monitors workload balancing
• Supports high-quality work through a positive environment
• Monitors team members performance with the focus on improvement

Service Level Agreements and Performance Metrics

• Ensures individual and team service levels are met or exceeded
• Assists in reviewing daily, weekly and monthly service levels and provides recommendations for improvements
• Front line contact for questions or issues surrounding service levels

Quality

• Participates in providing feedback to the Quality team for improvement suggestions
• Works with auditing resources on individual and team error trends
• Ensures timely feedback is provided to individuals and teams on quality issues, changes or trends

Performance Management

• Assists in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined period
• Provides suggestions to Management on unit performance, including motivation tactics, incentive programs and performance rewards

 

Procure to Pay Operations Sr. Manager

• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in Deal Desk / Quotation Management / Pricing & Quotation
• At least 8-12 years overall work experience; 5-10 years leadership experience

Order to Cash

Manager:

• At least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in OTC specific to Order Management and Billing
• At least 5 years leadership experience

  

Sr. Manager

• At least 12+ years of relevant experience in OTC specific to Order Management and Billing
• At least 10 years leadership experience

Associate Director:

• With at least 15 years of relevant experience
• With minimum 10 years’ Quote to Cash (QTC) experience including Order management or deal desk or billing or collections etc.
• With at least 10+ years people leadership/managerial experience
• Finance, Accounting, Business Degree

Procure to Pay Sr. Manager

• With at least 12+ years of relevant experience
• With minimum 5 years Source to Pay (STP) experience
• With AP/P2P process exposure
• With at least 10 years people leadership/managerial experience
• Accounting or Finance Degree
• CPPP certification is preferred only
• Open to any major ERP/P2P platform
• Open to any Shared Services, GBS (Global Business Services), or BPO environment
