Your Role

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：

1、设备高效运行：熟练操作非标自动化装配线、生产线及手工线，通过HMI人机界面调控参数，确保设备处于良好生产状态。

2、质量与安全控制：严格执行SOP（标准化作业），负责首件确认与过程抽检，精准识别、隔离异常品；严格遵守安全规范，落实5S现场管理。

3、日常运维与排障：负责设备日常点检、清洁及预防性维护（TPM）；具备敏锐的异常捕获能力，能进行初步故障排查并协同工程师快速修复。

4、工艺改善与开发：具备一定的自动化设备开发能力，自主负责现场设备的工艺优化与技术改善，并能独立全流程管理改善进度。

Your Background

Your Background Description：

1、大专及以上学历，机电一体化、电气自动化或相关专业背景；

2、具备3年以上非标设备或自动化产线经验，熟悉西门子PLC和HMI操作优先；

3、懂机械、气动、电气基本原理，具备基本的识图能力（说明图/装配图），能熟练使用手动工具及万用表等检测仪器，能独立排查简单电气故障，具备基础电脑操作能力；

4、具备良好的安全操作意识与质量观念，能适应倒班工作；

5、做事严谨细致，责任心强，拥有良好的团队协作精神及沟通协调能力；

6、经验丰富且动手能力强的，可以放宽学历。
