We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in the Nordic & Baltic Region, primarily in the area of Stockholm / Norrköping / Örebro / Linköping / Södertälje or Västerås.

However, we are also considering a wider Central or Southern Sweden location for the right candidate.

Your Mission ​

• You install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our industrial 3D printers at customer sites.

• You act as a competent and reliable point of contact for our customers by delivering system introductions and basic training sessions.

• You provide remote advice and technical support to customers and colleagues.

• You support customers in service cases and manage requests through the escalation process.

• As part of your development in the role, you participate in intensive in-house training on our machines and our technology at our sites in Germany.

Your Talents 

• Professional experience as a Field Service Technician or in a comparable technical service role, combined with confident customer interaction

• Sound knowledge of complex industrial machinery, including electrical and mechanical components

• Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office applications)

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region and to Germany for training purposes

• Fluency in English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is an advantage
