In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie als Fachspezialist:in Verkaufsaktivitäten, von der Leadgenerierung bis zum Abschluss, innerhalb des Produktportfolios Labor- und Produktionschemie, Mikrobiologie und Healthcare sowie Chromatografie.

Diese Position eignet sich am besten für dynamische und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeiten, die fundierte Kenntnisse zu chemischen Produkten sowie zu Laborprozessen mitbringen und Spaß daran haben, Lösungen für Kunden auszuarbeiten. Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, 40 Stunden pro Woche
Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid – flexibel von zu Hause und beim Kunden vor Ort (60% Reisetätigkeit, Übernachtungen im Hotel)

Arbeitsort: Gebiet Schweiz (überwiegend Deutsch- und Französischsprachige Schweiz)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Ganzheitliche Kundenberatung und Geschäftsentwicklung: Fachliche Betreuung von Neu‑ und Bestandskunden (vor Ort & virtuell), Identifikation neuer Verkaufspotenziale sowie Akquise neuer Kunden und Produktsegmente zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Kundenzufriedenheit.
• Vertriebsunterstützung und Strategieumsetzung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen sowie der Verkaufsstrategie im jeweiligen Produktbereich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den regionalen Vertriebsteams.
• Wissensvermittlung und Marktbearbeitung: Fachliche Unterstützung und Schulung des Sales Teams, Mitwirkung an Marketingaktivitäten von Lieferanten und Warengruppen sowie Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Fachausstellungen.

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (bevorzugt Chemie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie oder Vergleichbares)

• Einschlägige Erfahrung im chemischen Umfeld sowie erste Vertriebserfahrung im B2B-Umfeld; zusätzlich idealerweise praxisnahe Kenntnisse in Mikrobiologie und Histologie sowie Erfahrung in der Chromatografie von Vorteil

• Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Akquisitionsstärke gepaart mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie einer zielorientierten, eigenverantwortlichen und engagierten Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke mit dynamischem, souveränem Auftreten sowie ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit

• Verhandlungssichere Französisch-, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Tools (MS Office, SAP, Teams sowie KI-Tools)

• Führerschein sowie Reisebereitschaft
