Play your part in our team succeeding

As part of the LEGO NZ Sales team, you will play a key role in driving growth within your assigned territory through customer relationship management, business development and commercial execution. Working closely with customers, Account Managers, Marketing and Operations teams, you will identify opportunities to grow sales, strengthen customer partnerships and maximise the LEGO brand presence at retail.

While customer engagement and sales growth are the primary focus of the role, you will also support high-quality merchandising execution to ensure LEGO products are presented to the highest standards in store.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, toy, or related industries.
  • Previous territory management, account management, or business development experience.
  • Experience presenting business recommendations and influencing customer decisions.
  • Experience using CRM, sales reporting, or business planning tools (e.g. Aforza, Power BI, Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Experience working across diverse teams, cultures, or customer groups.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and ambition to grow within a global organization.
  • A valid New Zealand driver's license is required. Regular travel within the assigned territory is an essential requirement of the role.

Domestic travel may be required, with up to 40 nights away from home annually. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required during key commercial periods, customer events, product launches, and seasonal activations.

This is a customer-facing role requiring regular travel for customer meetings, business reviews, sales presentations, and retail visits across the assigned territory.

While merchandising and retail execution remain an important component of the role, the primary focus is on driving sales growth, developing customer partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Occasional physical activity may be required, including handling LEGO cartons (up to 15kg), setting up displays, climbing ladders, and working within retail environments.

The role offers broad exposure to territory management, account development, commercial planning, and business growth, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build a long-term career within sales and the wider LEGO Group.
