About the Job

• Drive commercial growth across the Benelux region by translating strategic objectives into concrete sales plans;
• Actively manage and expand your customer portfolio while building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within our different products (Air/Sea/Road);
• Execute the sales strategy in line with global processes and ensure accurate CRM usage;
• Identify market opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships, focusing on upselling and cross-selling;
• Represent the company in the market, strengthen brand visibility, and build a strong professional network;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful account development.

About You

•  An extensive experience within global forwarding, preferably in operations (Air/Sea/Road);
• Initial commercial experience providing a strong foundation for further growth in a sales-driven role;
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the energy to open doors and win new customers;
• Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license and willingness to be on the road;
• As an outside sales representative, you are mainly on the road, but you visit our offices in Antwerp, Vilvoorde, Rotterdam, Maastricht, and Aalsmeer on a very regular basis;
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with professional proficiency in French;
• A true team player with a hunter mentality, combining drive, resilience, and perseverance to turn opportunities into results.
