The Field Marketing Specialist France is a hands-on B2B marketing role focused on the execution of integrated digital, field and channel marketing activities to support demand generation, customer engagement and sales priorities in France.

Working closely with Regional Marketing, Sales, Channel teams and Mitel's global marketing functions, the successful candidate will coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, events and partner initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with local business needs.

The role requires strong organizational skills, digital marketing expertise and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple activities, monitor campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities

• Execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, web, social media) supporting demand generation and customer engagement
• Support the execution of joint marketing plans with selected channel partners working closely with the channel sales team
• Coordinate and execute webinar programs including planning, execution follow-up and performance reporting
• Support the execution of Mitel France corporate events, partner events, trade shows and industry conferences
• Maintain and optimize the French marketing database, supporting data quality, segmentation, targeting and GDPR-compliant marketing practices
• Collaborate closely with sales and channel teams to support local marketing priorities, campaign activation and lead follow-up
• Work closely with regional and global marketing teams to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities
•  Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement, lead generation and pipeline contribution, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree  
• 3-5 years of relevant B2B field marketing experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, telecommunications or another channel-led environment
• Experience in several of the following: digital marketing, channel marketing, events, integrated campaigns, demand generation
• Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns, particularly email marketing, social media, webinars and web campaigns
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo; Salesforce) is essential
• Experience in marketing demand generation tools such as 6sense and Demandbase is a plus
• Comfortable working with marketing data, segmentation, campaign reporting and KPIs
• Good understanding of GDPR and digital marketing data/privacy requirements
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Collaborative and comfortable working across regional and international teams
