Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Field Marketing Manager to own and execute our field marketing strategy. This role blends best-in-class tactical execution with strategic planning and operational rigour. You'll lead the planning and delivery of first-party and third-party events, regional activations, and integrated campaigns designed to drive pipeline, lead generation, and revenue impact across Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

You'll own the regional event strategy end to end, from flagship industry conferences and executive roundtables to targeted client dinners, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces Harvey's position in the legal AI market. Working closely with sales leadership, Customer Success, and cross-functional partners across APAC, you'll deepen client relationships and translate field activity into measurable pipeline contribution and revenue. The role involves regular travel across Australia and the wider APAC region. It is a unique opportunity to build out a regional field marketing function at a company redefining how professionals work with AI.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy across Australia and APAC, aligned with Harvey's revenue goals and brand objectives.

• Plan, manage, and deliver a portfolio of events, including industry conferences, client roundtables, webinars, and executive dinners, that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deals.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to identify target accounts, align on priorities, and design account-based marketing programs for the region.

• Analyse event performance data and market insights to continuously refine strategy, improve ROI, and report results to leadership.

• Manage the regional field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact.

• Travel regularly across Australia and the wider APAC region to deliver events, meet clients, and support in-market sales activity.

What You Have

• 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services.

• Proven track record of planning and executing field marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

• Sound commercial acumen, with the judgement to prioritise the activity that creates real impact and the discipline to see it through.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs such as pipeline contribution, event ROI, and lead conversion.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel across the APAC region, including international travel.

• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
