As adoption grows across gaming, interactive entertainment, and enterprise, we are investing in our presence and relationships in North America.

The role

We are hiring a Field Marketing & Ecosystem Lead to own Meshy’s in-person presence in North America. You will design and run our field marketing program — events, executive engagements, and industry activations — and build the relationships that keep Meshy connected to the people and companies shaping the future of 3D and AI.

This is a founding role in a growing function. You will work closely with our Growth, Sales, and Partnerships teams, and report directly to the VP of Growth.

What you’ll do

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Meshy’s North America field marketing program, from small executive gatherings to large industry events

• Build and maintain relationships across the gaming, 3D, and AI ecosystem — studios, creators, investors, and industry organizations

• Represent Meshy at industry events and create opportunities for our leadership team to engage with the market

• Partner closely with Sales to align field programs with business priorities and translate engagement into commercial outcomes

• Track, measure, and report on program impact

• Build the processes, vendor relationships, and team needed to scale the program over time

Who you are

• 6+ years in field marketing, ecosystem or partner marketing, or a related relationship-driven role, ideally in B2B software, gaming, developer tools, or AI

• Deeply connected in the Bay Area technology ecosystem, with an existing network you can activate on day one

• A proven track record of designing and running high-quality in-person programs that deliver measurable business results

• Hands-on and resourceful — comfortable owning budgets, logistics, and follow-through end to end

• An excellent communicator and relationship builder who is equally comfortable with executives, artists, and engineers

• Genuinely curious about 3D, games, and generative AI

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, global company

Nice to have

• Experience at a game engine, 3D tools, creative software, or gaming platform company

• Speaking or hosting experience

Base: $145K–$190K + performance bonus + equity
