Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech?®  Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is currently seeking applicants for a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) Business Development Automotive.

Location: Germany, 100% remote

What you will be doing:

• Design IN und WIN of Vishay Semiconductors and passive Components at focus automotive customers.

• Maximize the future business of all Vishay components by identifying all potential sockets in applications and leveraging the BOM content of Vishay broadline portfolio.

• Define new products and derivatives in close cooperation with Marketing and R&D.

• Act as internal technical interface between Sales, Marketing and R&D

• Manage projects in cooperation with Sales and Marketing to achieve product qualification and revenue.

• Prepare and perform technical and application trainings.

What you will bring along:   

• Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Experience in semiconductor and passive component technology

• HW design experience

• Communication and presentation skills

• Independent working style

• Fluent German and English, other language skills as a plus
