Job Description:

我们寻找一位具备扎实理论基础和强烈动手意愿的学子，具体要求如下：

• 为基于ARM架构MCU的客户应用提供嵌入式软件层面的支持、调试与问题解决。
• 参与并实现电力电子控制算法（如SPWM、SVPWM）在嵌入式平台的软件编码、仿真验证与性能优化。
• 协助工程师团队进行电源控制方案的软件设计、实验室测试、系统验证及现场问题排查。
• 通过实践，学习并理解从芯片、电路到系统级的完整电源设计思路。

核心技术能力：

• 软件基础： 熟练掌握C语言，拥有微控制器（MCU）的嵌入式软件开发经验（如ARM Cortex-M系列）。
• 控制算法： 深入理解电力电子变换器原理，掌握SPWM、SVPWM等基础控制算法，并能在仿真或实际平台上进行实现与调试。
• 仿真能力： 能熟练使用至少一种电力电子仿真工具（如PLECS， PSIM， MATLAB/Simulink）对拓扑和控制环路进行建模与分析。
• 硬件认知： 具备良好的硬件基础，了解电路、功率器件（MOSFET等）的基本特性，对数字电源控制有概念性认识。

综合素质：

• 具备出色的自主学习能力、逻辑分析能力和解决问题的能力。
• 拥有良好的沟通技巧与团队协作精神，乐于分享与技术探讨。
• 对电力电子与嵌入式技术充满热情，做事严谨，责任心强。

加分项（具备以下经验者优先考虑）：

拥有实际电源控制项目开发经验（如课程设计、毕业设计、学科竞赛或科研项目）。 熟悉常用硬件开发与调试工具（如示波器、电子负载、信号发生器等），了解PCB布局的基本规范。

实习要求：

• 2027届本科或硕士在校生，电力电子、电气工程、自动化、电子信息工程、控制科学与工程及相关专业。
• 可保证每周至少出勤3天，持续实习2个月以上。
• 大学英语六级（CET-6）或同等水平以上，具备流畅阅读英文技术文档的能力。
