  • Proactively monitor deliveries, deadlines, email, and team communications to help keep workflows moving forward.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in theatrical distribution, logistics, post-production, or a related field.
  • Entertainment industry distribution and/or post-production experience strongly preferred.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a professional, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple shifting tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to translate information received from studio clients into accurate tracking documents, charts, and workflows.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes in studio, exhibitor, production, and delivery requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, take direction, and fulfill responsibilities under pressure with limited direct supervision.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with a strong work ethic and the ability to identify what needs to happen next to keep projects and workflows moving forward.
