Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.

Position Summary:

• Drive execution of critical features within the Workplace and Commercial Credit Technology programs, supporting delivery across the Deals & Underwriting Train and ensuring alignment to Agile priorities, engineering standards, and business outcomes.
• The Feature Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of specific features or workstreams within Agile teams. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Technology Managers, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery aligned to Program Increment (PI) objectives.
• The role combines technical leadership, Agile execution, and delivery accountability, with a strong focus on coordination across teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring adherence to engineering, risk, and compliance standards.
• Feature Leads play a critical role in bridging business requirements, product priorities, and engineering execution, while helping consistency and quality across Salesforce, Mule, and enterprise integration platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery
• Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality
• Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
• Guides the team on work breakdown and execution
• Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria
• Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team
• Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)

Required Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of experience in technology delivery, software engineering, or Agile environments
• Experience leading feature-level or workstream delivery within Agile/SAFe frameworks
• Strong understanding of Agile processes, backlog refinement, and sprint execution
• Technical experience in Salesforce, Mule, or enterprise integration environments
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience working in onsite/offshore and matrixed delivery model

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in Commercial Credit Technology / Underwriting platforms
• Familiarity with nCino, ETL/Informatica, and API integrations
• Exposure to production support and release management processes
• Knowledge of enterprise risk, compliance, and audit requirements
• Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe Practitioner, etc.)
