About The Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print & Design Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll collaborate with fellow designers and marketing partners to create engaging print and digital materials, bringing ideas to life while maintaining a consistent brand look and feel.

What You'll Do
- Create engaging print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, ads, social media graphics, email assets, signage, and presentations.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing partners to turn project needs into polished creative solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
- Manage multiple design projects while delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.
- Incorporate feedback and adapt designs based on creative direction.
- Support a variety of marketing initiatives across print and digital channels.
Requirements
- Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including academic, freelance, internship, or professional projects.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and translate creative direction into effective designs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
