Position Overview
Sherburne Family Practice is seeking a compassionate, mission‑driven Primary Care Physician to join our dedicated team providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals and families in the Sherburne community. This is a full‑time opportunity within a supportive practice environment focused on collaboration, continuity of care, and long‑term patient relationships.Primary Department, Division, or Unit:

Annual Compensation Range:
$275,000-$345,000-----
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct routine wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings
- Promote preventive care and patient education
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient‑centered care
Compensation & Benefits
