About The Role

Facilities Supervisor - 55 Baker Street, London (On-site)

Scope and Responsibilities

• Supervision of FM team including on-site maintenance and cleaning service partners
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Landlord’s management team, their service partners, Knight Frank sub-tenants, and oversee the management and supervision of third-party contractors and service providers, including specialist maintenance, fabric, and mechanical contractors.
• Monitor and respond to Help Desk calls as appropriate and ensure Help Desk tickets are closed as per their SLA’s.
• Undertake FM admin duties including management of permits, cycle access and liaison with Landlords management team.
• Provide assistance to Facilities Manager and cover during annual leave, reporting directly to Head of FM.
• Supporting the Facilities Manager and Head of FM on operational/small refurbishment projects.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Office Managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Attend service partners meetings, and ensure all associated reports and minutes are accurately documented and logged.
• Support the Porter in room set-ups and furniture changes as required.
• Undertake scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the office environment to maintain high standards of workplace presentation, identifying maintenance and cleaning issues and reporting the findings to the appropriate internal or external teams.
• Monthly Statistical reporting.
• Provide support to FM and any other ad hoc duties as required.
