Job Description

Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities

• Support facility-related projects across multiple sites, including planning, design, permitting, and construction for new and existing office locations.
• Coordinate office renovations and expansions, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, building management, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics related to office moves, installations, and setup, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Track project timelines, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities in compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate with external parties on the permitting process and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
• Support space planning, office layouts, and occupancy planning to optimize use of space and accommodate workforce growth.
• Serve as the point of contact for general contractors, vendors, and service providers across all projects.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates, presentations, and reports to senior leadership on project status and performance.
• Ensure all construction and renovation work meets X-Energy’s standards for safety, efficiency, and functionality.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure post-project evaluations and handoffs are completed.
• Support overall headquarters operations and regional offices with logistics planning, facility maintenance, and ongoing improvement projects.
• Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Assist and support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, under guided supervision.

Job Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license, required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness and ability to travel to offsite local properties.
• Assist and support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities.
• Zero to two years of experience in a relevant role required.

Work Site Expectations:  5 days a week in office

Hours: Standard office schedule are 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mon-Fri

Compensation
