The Plant Facilities Services Leader at our Alexandria (Fabric Care) Plant sets the direction, strategy, and governs the delivery of established standards for site facilities services. This includes maintaining and improving safety, stewardship, and operational excellence, as well as influencing employee value equation (EVE), innovation, and use of technology to deliver outstanding experiences for site resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Direction & Master Planning: Develop a comprehensive master plan in partnership with vendor leadership that aligns with the business objectives, aimed at delivering world-class facility services with strong fundamentals and maximized value through loss elimination, EVE, and Innovation. Set the strategic direction and portfolio for delivering outstanding facility services for the plant, including developing and strengthening relations with strategic partners onsite. Cultivate effective stakeholder engagement and influence Site Leadership to unlock greater value from the Facilities Services Program. Actively contribute to the Facilities Services network.
• Operational Excellence & Performance Management: Drive strong fundamentals of safety, stewardship, and operational excellence. Accountable for the delivery of overall performance (safety, quality, firm budget, cost, stewardship, operational excellence) of the Facilities Services as agreed upon in the service sheets. Serve as the first level of Escalation/Issue & Problem Management, ensuring strategic partners resolve issues and service gaps fully (to root cause) and in a timely manner (including escalation). Implement and oversee Daily Management Systems (DMS) with vendors, including PDCA cycles, safety incident elimination, defects management, and maintenance planning. Support continuous service delivery improvement activities such as IWS capability, loss analysis, Root cause analysis, and action planning.
• Value Creation & Innovation: Deliver value for the facilities services through validated savings and productivity, as well as optimizing daily operations. Influence the use of innovation to deliver value (fundamentals, productivity, and UX/EVE). Lead the connection between facilities and Employee Value Equation, partnering with HR to establish a clear action plan to deliver improvements and providing consultations for standards assessments. Understand and lead the application of Facilities Services big bet ideas to exponentially change service areas.
• Governance, Compliance & Financial Management: Accountable for overall service health at the site, including the execution of monthly service audits, validating monthly scorecards, and tracking action plans for identified gaps. Ensure compliance with Change Management processes (such as CCR and Site CMS), and own overall financial/cost management (Budget, cost tracking, PO/GR compliance, adherence to negotiated rates) for facilities services. Collaborate with purchasing to ensure all requirements align with the commercial agreement, and rates have been negotiated and reviewed. Effectively manage and oversee relationships with external vendors/service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, mitigating risks, and maintaining regulatory standards to protect the organization's interests. Lead communication strategies for stakeholder visibility on service performance and escalate unresolved issues to Cluster/Regional FSP Leaders as needed.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Engage and influence site leadership to create an inspiring facilities vision and translate it into a master plan that brings the vision to life. Drive engagement, set world-class facilities standards, and connect to key strategies like EVE. Work well with internal and external resources, collaborate across boundaries, organizations, and hierarchies, creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual support. Be a trusted expert guiding the Plant Manager on all facilities services. Proactively execute standard work processes and monitor KPIs to maintain a highly effective service program, delivering solutions that sustainably resolve identified problems and issues.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Project Management or related technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing, Operations Management).
• Experience: 3-5 years of facilities experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Curiosity & Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop comprehensive technical solutions, and interpret data to drive decisions. A strong technical curiosity and understanding to proactively develop new approaches to complex problems.
• Project Mindset: A strong desire and demonstrated capability to lead projects, manage timelines/budgets, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership potential and experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders (from operators to senior management).
• Agility & Drive: Ability to quickly embrace and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule and cost. Proactive, self-driven, and eager to make a tangible impact.
• Travel: Ability to travel 10-25%
